When it comes to building pasta dishes, the chefs at Pasta Avanti follow the commands of the customers. Diners get to customize every aspect of their meal, from four types of pasta—including a gluten-free option—to a dozen meats and veggies, such as artichoke hearts and blackened shrimp, and salads such as the classic Caesar. A handful of sauces ladled atop the pile, finish the dish with a choice of pesto, marinara, three cheese, creamy roasted red pepper marinara, and alfredo. If, as in most standard decks, pasta isn’t in the cards, guests can have their chosen meats, veggies, and sauce stuffed into a panini. The chefs also place pasta and sandwiches into large tins for catered orders that help celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations.
